London Pale Ale

Our Approach – A century and a half ago, London brewers had to import Californian hops to meet demand. We happily continue this tradition by blending American hops with Kentish Goldings to achieve a complex citrus, spearmint, grass and hopsack aroma and a bitterness that is uniquely refreshing.

Outcome – Imported American Cascade and Centennial hops create complex citrus aromas that pair brilliantly with the Golding Kentish hops that impart the traditional bitterness expected from quality pale ales. The perfect bridge for drinkers looking for more flavour than lager.

Food Pairings – Pale Ale goes best with foods that have a bit of bite. Think mature cheese, piping hot cannelloni, steak and kidney pie and curry.

ABV – 4.3%

Yakima Red

Our Approach – Brewed with British and German malts to give a deep ruby colour and medium to full body.  Five varieties of US hop imparts fruit and citrus flavours.

Outcome – Yakima Valley in Washington State imparts spectacular fruit and citrus flavours with a restrained bitterness.

Food Pairings – Meantime Yakima Red is a wonderful match for veal, crispy roast pork, ham hock terrine or charcuterie.
